Charlie is
the broker-owner of CENTURY 21 Keiser & Co. Real Estate. He has lived in Horseshoe Bay
since 1971.He opened the Marble Falls office in 1977, opened a branch office in Burnet in
2000, and opened a Horseshoe Bay branch office in 2001.

Texas/Louisiana representative to the CENTURY 21® National Brokers Communication Congress,
and recently served on the board of directors of the Texas Association of REALTORS®. |

Earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Sociology from Lamar University. |

Activities: |
Served two terms as president
of the Highland Lakes Association of REALTORS®; two and one half years with the American
Heart Association, on the board of directors of the Highland Lakes Hospital in Burnet;
served two terms on the board of directors of the Marble Falls/Lake LJB Chamber of
Commerce and during that time chaired the technology committee. As a member of the
chamber, Charlie attends meetings, ribbon cuttings, membership mixers and volunteers his
time during the Lakefest Drag Boat Races and the holiday Walkway of Lights. |

Charlie and his wife have two
married daughters, and two young grandsons. Charlie's wife, Susie, is the owner of Susie's
Travel Time in Marble Falls and Lakeway. |

| Interests/Hobbies: |
Greatly enjoys the sport of
golf and supports local area charity golf tournaments as much as possible. Another
interest is computer technology and related activities. |
